The project was a newly constructed 3,230 square foot car wash. The scope of work consisted of a 100ft conveyor that pulls cars thru the 90 ft. tunnel, office space, and a mechanical/equipment room. An unique feature is a water reclamation system that allows the Parkside Express to recycle 80% of its' daily water consumption.
Virginia Railway Station
The purpose of the renovation project was to restore the building to its appearance as built in 1909. Phase I involved removing the old roof system and replacing it with an exact match of the original terra cotta tile roof. Phase II involved renovating the smaller baggage and express building into a museum to memorialize the Virginian Railway and honor its employees. The passenger station building will be leased to a commercial tenant to provide an income stream to sustain future operations of both buildings.

The estimating department is comprised of two full-time estimators who utilize the Timberline software. In addition, historical and current data are used to determine the cost of the project. With the latest technology and years of experience, our estimators can help determine the cost from schematic design to final construction documents.
Through open communication with owners, architects and engineers, our project managers strive to create a positive construction experience. In addition, they work with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver the project on time and within budget. Our project managers utilize Timberline software to provide job cost and complete logs of vital information. At any interval in the construction project, our project managers can deliver you with accurate item by item data.
